Born on the 5th of May 1968, Mr. Shadare attended St Gregory Primary School, Ipaja, Lagos State before proceeding to Awori (Anglican) Comprehensive High School, Ipaja for his secondary education and obtained his West African School Certificate in 1985. In 1990 he bagged a B.Sc (Hons) in Botany from the Lagos State University (LASU), Mr. Shadare’s desire for more knowledge took him back to LASU where he was awarded Master’s in Public Administration in 2008.
However, Mr. Shadare’s voyage into the world of Public Service commenced in December, 1991 when he joined Lagos State Government as Librarian in training on Grade Level 08 at Agege Local Government between 1991 – 1996 he converted from Library officer I to Personnel Officer cadre.
Since the conversion, he has served in various MDAs in different capacities. He worked at Mainland Local Government between 1996-2003;Head of Personnel Management in Eredo LCDA 2003-2004; Head of Personnel Management in Badagry West LCDA’ 2004-2005; Head of Personnel Management/Council Manager in Olorunda LCDA 2005-2008; Council Manager in Ikosi-Isheri LCDA 2008-2012; Council Manager/ Head Administration in Ayobo Ipaja LCDA 2012-2015;Head Administrative in Coker Aguda LCDA 2016-2017; Director Administrative and Human Resources Education District II, Maryland July 2017-June 2019 ; before he was deployed to Ministry of Housing in on June 17th 2019 as Director Administrative and Human Resource.
He has a cross-disciplined academic training and experience which makes him to be versatile and very invaluable to institutions and organization. He is highly self-motivated and able to demonstrate records of success in chosen field.
He is a team player, with good communication and interpersonal skills, good time management and organizational ability. A Self-confident Officer with attention to details and can work under pressure with leadership skills.
Shadare, whose hobbies include Networking, Travelling, Dancing and Singing, is married with lovely children.
